Strength & Conditioning Consultation

We can come teach you what you need to know to self train your team.  This includes performance enhancing warmups, workouts and injury reduction programs.  Along with each program you will learn the proper technique, terminology and progression necessary to manage your team's sport specific workouts.  All workouts will be customized to match your facilities and the fitness/skill level of your team.  If you have access to weight training facilities, we can help you implement sport specific training strategies to your current exercise programs to produce better results among your athletes. Check out our 'Prices' page to see the different consultation packages we offer.

Competitive Edge Clinics

An athlete's athletic performance and development depends on far more than what they do at practice or in the weight room.  Peak athletic performance also depends on discipline in areas such as nutrition, hydration, sleep & recovery.  Competitive Edge Clinics are designed to teach athletes how they can gain a competitive edge over all the athletes that do not actively practice these disciplines.  All the information in these presentations will be interactive and broken down into habits that athletes can implement into their daily lives.

Nutrition Coaching

The Nutrition Coaching will involve a platform through Precision Nutrition which will allow your nutrition coach to consistently send you assignments, reminders, check-ins, educational info, videos, etc.  through your email/phone.  Certain packages also include weekly exercise/workout programs to help you achieve your goals.  For this service, Point Blank accommodates people of all different goals and lifestyles and caters programs to each client/team's needs.  Currently, there are no hidden registration fees or long term commitments required for this service; however, we recommend trying the service for at least 3 months to get a true experience of the program.
