Schedule weekly 30-45 minute sport specific training sessions as a team at the end of your normal practice time.  We come to you and provide all the necessary equipment to perform the workouts on your own court/field.

Learn how to build a healthy lifestyle of eating with a nutrition coach who will help you achieve your personal goals whether it be to lose fat, gain muscle, increase performance, have more energy, etc.  The entire program is broken down into simple strategies to build consistent habits that will take you to a new level.

At Point Blank, we provide accessible sport specific training and nutrition primarily to high school and club teams.   We don't settle for generic training programs.  Whatever the sport; we customize our programs to fit your needs.  Point Blank.  We bring all of our services to you and design training programs to fit whatever facilities/equipment you may have access to.

Our highly educated staff develops performance-based programs  using current scientific research. This allows us to produce optimum results while protecting the long term well being of your athletes by reducing their risk of injury.  Beyond the sport itself, our trainers also strive to grow our athletes as leaders on their teams and in their communities.
